Is TD a Cheat

The reason for this post and this vote is to show ANY offending squad/persons that TD is considered a cheat by everyone else who plays C4, so that a radical change in squad policy can follow.

The newbees have a hard enough time as it is, they give the game a try then they quit! they should be spared a thought because they will not know about TD, like many of the honest gamers here.

PS. I love to play C4, also i am to old and long in the tooth to learn another game!! I don't want to be driven away like Sooooo many others in the past, because it has become impossible for me to enjoy the game!!!!!!

All this is is an attempt to make the game fair for all players!!

Hi all:

I still don't know what TD is. What does it stand for?

Anyway, I would say. we should use no cheats in C4.

I have never used a cheat in C4 and I never will!!

I just like to get along with all the C4 players. The only player I'm aware of that cheats is that player who can go invis at will (edited out the players name to comply with CPD policy).

With that said. let's get along and play fair everybody. Lastly, let me say I'm pretty fond of C4 and especially the older C4 pilots. Now, everybody play fair and for goodness sake try to get along with each other! With all these accusations, seemingly, C4 can be going down.

The game loses an aspect of fun when someone is cheating, but like I said the only one I know who cheats is that player who can go invincible at will (edited to comply with CPD rules). Veteran C4 players know who I'm refering to.

The TD is a cheat it not in the game program out of the box, there for no-one else is aware of it. It was meet for the next generation of C5 but will never happen. So I hope the whoops or other will take this to heart an just enjoy the game with the few remaining pilots that we have in C4. It be great to help the newbies in C4. My self I've try to help them out as much as I can with tatic an imfo that I've learn over the years. As for my self I rather not learn another game. C4 for me gives the best rush from some of the other games I've played.

I voted no for the obvious reasons. The only problem is the people that use it won't change anything they do no matter how many votes are against them. And there is really no way of knowing if somebody is using it or not.

"TD" is "NOT" a basic element in the Comanche 4 Game!
From there it is also "NOT" to be used for it thought it!
I say therefore "NO" in addition!!!
"TD" is cheat to 100%!

As long as I've been playing C4 (6 years, since 2002), I still don't know what name/s Bluetiereign flies under. LOL Oh well.

Also when I say I'm especially fond of older C4 pilots, I mean Veteran pilots, not old in age LOL. Or as Blue said Old Skool.

No for TD - this gives you clearly unfair advantage and it`s considered as cheat. I can`t understand this freaks which still need to find some tricks how to beat other players unfair way - it ruins the game and drives off people.

The C4 community is so small - hey you all cheaters, would you like to play alone? Then you`ll feel like KING? In which game will you cheat next??

C4 has always been a great competative game for me....I was never one of its "TopGuns" but always enjoyed flying against them because of the personal satisfaction I felt when shooting one of them down

If you have to use a "cheat" to come out ahead then wheres the satisfaction in that!....It just doesnt make any sense does it

My Vote Is No

I don't Know how many of you remember, But I have been Playing Comanche from the start on a 386 DOS computer. You had to use a boot disk to start the game. It took all the mem you had on the computer. I have played all the Comanche games,and still have them all. I love playing the game. It's the way I have fun and get out my frustrations out. (By blowin' things up) LOL
I don't use cheats and don't like those who use them. I am an old Viet Nam Vet. There were no cheats there. You did it right or you Died. I spent Almost as much time on choppers as I did on the ground. Comanche Is how I fly Today. I use to help a lot of Newbies learn how to play the game. Now they Kick My but. LOL and Now I am Learning from them. You Know Who You Are
I do have one complaint. How Come It Keeps Saying I crashed I even wait until the countdown is over and it still does it. (Never can figure it out.. Frustrating) OH well

I remember We had so many Players You had to wait to get in a game or start one yourself. Now they are mostly EMPTY.. We need more Players but with cheaters they scare off the Newbies.

This is obvious that this is cheating and what type of players would do better to go elsewhere rather than the game we rot

Before I am forced to close this thread because there is no attempt to not talk directly to the subject, but rather as a platform for propaganda campaign- for or against - certain players or squads - please watch what you say - and how you say it.

If you want to argue for or against the use of TD... do it. But don't use this forum to vent your complaints, concerns or problems with another player or squad with off-handed flippant comments.

The issue is not whether you can trust one another. In this world, you don't trust anyone anyway... why dog each other over a game that you can't see the other guy playing ? You can't prove a thing either way. "I've played with 'imsogoodineverdie' for 5 years and I know he doesn't cheat" doesn't mean a thing to me. Whatever, as far as I know... he gave you his cheat.

The only way you can earn trust this way is by losing all of the time... but then, the other guy must be cheating. If it is even, well then you both are cheating. Its a vicious and never ending cycle. Ask people not to use it and play with people you'd like to trust. That is all you CAN do. Period.

Does anyone else here get it ? You can't prove you don't cheat. You can't prove they do.

Anyway, watch what you say.

OK.. Yes, if your post was NOT directly involved with the TD discussion, it was removed. (However, they all live, in their entirety, in our 'out of bounds' forums - as we don't delete threads here.)
