It is put together close to the way a real log cabin is built logs have been stacked etc...

I was admireing the detail structure of Wildman's cabin, was wondering Wildman...do you put as much detail into the back as well? I don't useally bother with the back of any scene figuring the redering might take even longer...but I'm guessing your cabin may be seen from all sides right?

Actually the scene above was part of this question but was tired and forgot to add text with it...silly me.

all side are detailed ,the roof even has shingles.
I like you pic charger ever think about putting a radial light in the scene somewhere ,with a color to it..

As a matter of fact there is a single radial light , it's probably the only real light sorce in the scene. The default light with cloud covering cast a dimmer light. I will try experimenting with color though...nice idea thanks.

you can also give the light a gel, that looks real neet..it will cast odd shadows and light off of the surounding water and structures..
