Novalogic has done us all a favor and given us an unlocked MED.
This is an updated LW MED similar to 1.92c hence the version the DFTFDMED is 1.93.
I'll dig into this MED and see if they missed something.
Sorry folks, this version was NOT based on the Commanche 4 MED like Black Hawk Down will be.
I will post my findings both here and on my site and Novasheep.com
On a side note, if anyone has Othello's current email address, please let me know. The one I have is old.

Great news on the MED, you didn't waste a second getting on that. Thanks Pappy! :)
I'd be more excited if I already had the game. I guess I learned my lesson on pre-ordering from Novalogic. :(
Also, I'm a little pissed off to learn that they pulled online cooperatives from the game for some stupid as$ reason.

I do have a question, however... I've been reading in the Delta Force Forums that DF:TFD does not allow for multiplayer cooperative missions. :(
Please say it ain't so, Pappy! Otherwise I will just have to cancel my pre-ordered (back ordered, according to NovaLogic) game.
Also, Othello is a member of Sabre Corps, but I have not received an updated e-mail address from him. Even his Pandora website is no longer online... If I do hear from him, I will certainly let you know!

Thanks for the info on Othello. Let me know. I'm trying to get with him so I know when his NO CD versions are available. Him and I go back a ways with some programming and I trust his stuff. So Im trying to get in the loop for when updates happen. Or new games like TFD. I need his help there too.
But to your question. It's true that they have removed COOP as a multiplayer option. Maybe this was an oversite and maybe not.
I can say however that the MED does still allow you to create COOP mission so there might be hope that they will turn the multiplayer support on in the game for it.
Wouldn't it be great, if Pappy could import all the new Items, Objects, Win/Lose Conditions, and Waves from TFD into DFLW... Create a download for all the players interested in updating their DFLW games (similar to downloading EXP & C4 terrains)?
Now THAT would make one heck of a great Expansion Pack for DFLW, and the map makers would go crazy creating all new CO-OP missions!
Aaaahhhhh, but there I go daydreaming, again...
