Here is a challenging Sig request

Artists, your work is just fantastic. I'm an avid BHD player. Here is an animated Sig I dreamed up. See if you can make it come to life.

Nickname: LiĜh†NinĜBuĜ™
Color: Your choice
Size: 600 x 200
Motto: “Stealth-Speed-Intel”
Idea:
Frame 1 has a black, silhouetted field with a night sky. The motto “Stealth-Speed-Intel” is seen.

Frame 2 has a camouflaged sniper with a rifle barrel pointed right down the throat of the viewer. LiĜh†NinĜ BuĜ™ is plainly seen somewhere on frame.

A flash of blue light (lightning) rhythmically cycles through the frame, illuminating the hidden sniper and the nickname,which connects the two frames.

What do you think? Is it possible?

If it isn’t, I’d be happy with a Sig that has most of these components in it. Thanks you guys! Let me know.

Yep its possible but not at that size all sigs at CPD are of a maximum of 500 x 150 (and file size of 50kb so too much animation will lower the image quality) I will make it the max size and i will be done in the next few days
