Is it only the 2nd game/map your getting this on? Is it a stock map or custom map?
There are a few posts on the subject of sysdump errors on this site, try useing "search" at the top of the page for "sysdump". If your not finding a solution please re-post and hopefully we can help you further.

Sys Dumps
Sys dumps are becoming more an issue than cheats.. in C4.. I have written to Nova, yet they refuse to acknowledge that it's THEIR problem.. We've been in games where 16 pilots got dumped at once.. This is not once, but 5 times.. Nova tries to tell you it's your PC, but My PC cant dump a whole game at once, let alone do it repeatedly.. Everyone.. EVERYONE, flying C4 needs to write to NOVA and tell them this is beyond BS.. It needs to be fixed. Rumor has it they've cut band width too? Maybe that's the reason ??

Band wouldn't matter nova directs you to the server. Once there the server runs the game. Unless you play come and get it Novas own server you don't play on Nova. If you are getting dumps when the game cycles then it might be nova. Losing the whole server could be a router over loading or some other things. I know when I updated my video card the dumps became few and far in between.

I know I get more Sys dumps on custom maps as opposed to stock maps BIG TIME

Sys Dumps
Thanks Reaper, I always appreciate your advice. It is "Come and Get It" that''s been the biggest offender. I too upgraded memory, vidcard, sound card and cleared off all unnecessary programs from my PC, and I've increased my page file size and AGP Aperture settings, but it's not helpped. It's really bad and has gotten worse over the last couple of months.. I don't fly with anything on that's not necessary for the game (other programs).. The only thing left is my new stick? MS Precision 2 ? Maybe it's doing it to me, but that shouldn't be the cause of a whole server sys dump ? Got any Ideas?

If your pc is not having probs then id look at conection.
First are you still playing as a dial up?. Next And this is only my opinion about come and get it. But goes for other servers as well. Servers that run a long time with out being rebooted and are over loaded with players are more likey to give you sys dumps. I try to reset mine after 8 hours. The reason I think some players may expierance more is how far they must send and receive there game info from the server. The more hops you make the more game info you can lose. I would use a fire wall to track the hops you are making and see if theres the same 1 on more than 1 server where the prob is the worst. C4 isn't the only nova game you get them in either. I have had them in BHD. It runs on a up dated c4 game engine. So it may be the way the game transfers the info for the game. If theres a lost packet that the game needs to keep you in the server may be that could be 1 reason. But if you have updated every thing I don't see what else you can do really. You might want to send the dump file to nova and see if they have an anwser but I would be surprized if it's any thing other than up date your drivers.

Sys Dumps cont...
Thanks Reaper.. You are exactly correct on the response I got from Nova.. I sent them the Sys dump file and they told me to update my drivers. LOL.. No, I'm not dial up anymore, haven't been for 6-8 months, and my pings to C&G are good.. Maybe I need a new PC.. LOL that's a good one to tell the wife.. maybe it'll work..

this is just my opinion, but I am convinced that sysdumps are mostly what reaper implied (packet loss or bad packets). when you download a web page, packet loss isnt a big problem, you just lose an item here or there which you might not notice, or might look like a typo. but if the c4 game has highly compressed information to reduce the amount of data sent and received, and all it takes is a bad pointer and boom, your game is gone. Its my opinion that if you are getting any partial packet loss you are doomed. I have been lucky, but sometimes the lrs server dumps a bunch of people at one time like that. you might try this: first, install a firewall that will show you ip connections (outpost, sygate, both free). when you connect, check the log and get the ip of the server you are on (if you need to, download IP Lookup, or similar utility). when you get dumped, do a "ping -n 8 -f" from the command line a couple of times, and see if you get any packet loss. pinging like this doesnt do anything compared to what the game sends and receives, but if you have any loss at all (should have none), then you have a problem along your connection. I get a lot of ci's on my cable conn, but almost never any packet loss. hope this helps

I'am trying the sygate 30 day trial version firewall but I have to turn it off when I play c4. I can connect to novaworld and see the various servers but I can't connect to the various servers

you might try the agnitum outpost. its free, and if you set it to "allow most" it works fine. if you want it a little more aggressive and use "rules", it works once you train it a little. if you do use it you have to completely uninstall sygate first though.http://www.agnitum.com/download/outpost1.html
