I just got on and went through the motion of registering an account and it did accept the @ sign for the email. Maybe the problem is with your keyboard? Just a thought!

Also try entering your email in lower case only.

there must be something wrong with your keyboard. holding the shift key has no effect?

alternatives:
1. fix the problem with your keyboard
2. use another computer to register
3. have a friend with C4 register for you
4. send a U2U message to me with your desired log in information & i will register for you.

i wouldn't think that would make a difference. you really need to fix the problem with your keyboard (or whatever is causing the trouble).

if you like, U2U your serial number to me & i will enter it.

danieljim, do you use a Logitech joystick, or is one hooked up now?
I had a similar problem with my keyboard, and it drove me crazy.
All of a sudden, during game play, I wouldn't be able to control altitude, and everything I typed, was in CAPS.
I dont know what caused it , but im convinced it had to do with that joystick. When it happened to me , even after I left the game, it would still just type CAPS, no matter what program I was in.
Does this sound familar?

Dont know if this will help, but I uninstalled the logitech hardware and software, and it has never been back since. Im not a tech guy, and I cant explain what caused it, but I know that that fixed it for me.............
I guess if you dont have a logitech setup, this will be of no value to you,
just trying to help, or maybe someone else might see this and follow it further for you..............
